Before you Book

Hi there! I'm super excited to work with you, and thank you for choosing BGSP! Before filling out the form, I wanted to share some tips on how to process your work and make your overall experience amazing.

How to Book with BGSP Photography

  1. Fill out the form with your info and the package you’re interested in.

  2. Check your email right after submitting—our automated Welcome Email includes a link to schedule your phone consultation.

  3. Choose your date & time for the consultation.

  4. I’ll confirm by email and text, and we’ll finalize your session details and retainer to lock in your date.

If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, check your spam/promotions folder or add us to your contacts.

What to Expect in Your Consultation

During our consultation, we’ll take time to get to know each other and plan out your session in detail. We’ll review package options, pricing, and contract information so everything is clear.

After our call, I’ll send your contract and booking invoice, which will include a summary of all the details we discussed and agreed upon. (Payment plans are available upon request.)

⚠️ Please note: Both the signed contract and completed invoice are required to officially secure your session date.

After Your Booking Is Complete

Once your contract is signed and the booking fee is paid, your session date and time are officially secured. You’ll also receive a confirmation email and text message.

Here’s what to expect next:

  • Reminders: You’ll get an email one week before and one day before your session with the confirmed date, time, and location.

  • Prep Materials: Depending on your package, you’ll also receive a Session Prep Checklist and a recommended Makeup Artist list to help you get ready.

  • Final Balance: On the day of your session, you’ll receive your final balance invoice by email.

From there, just show up ready to shine — I’ll handle the rest! ✨
